return Policy

You may return items bought at CompAsia website within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original condition and original product packaging. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. However, if the return is not a result of our error, the return shipping costs will have to be borne by the customer.

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be entitled to a refund. Just give our Customer Care line a call, and we will be happy to guide you through the process.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning your item. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your returned item from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request. We'll notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.

If your product is eligible under a warranty issued by CompAsia, you can always choose to exercise your rights under that warranty rather than going through our Return Policy.

Shipment Tracking

We ship out orders within two business days of receiving them. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email and tracking number from us to confirm that your order is on its way. To track your order, please use the tracking ID sent to you in your confirmation email.
